Individual 50 minute Teleservices $90
Couple 50 minute Teleservices $110
Family sessions must be in person
Individual/Couple/Family sessions at the location of your choice near Manitowoc WI- rate determined upon request
Accept cash, credit/debit card, and money order (Some HSA accounts accept me as a provider). Payment is due at the time of service.

Good Faith Estimate (GFE)
You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost
Under the No Surprises Act, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.
This Good Faith Estimate shows the costs of items and services that are reasonably expected for your health care needs for an item or service. The estimate is based on information known at the time the estimate was created. The GFE is to be given both orally and in writing, upon request or within 3 business days upon request. Information regarding scheduled items and services must be furnished within 1 business day of scheduling an item or service to be provided in 3 business days; and within 3 business days of scheduling an item or service to be provided in at least 10 business days.
Off The Couch clients will receive a GFE before each scheduled appointment with an emailed appointment reminder.
